Ivan Ignatov was born in Stara Zagora. In 1996 he graduated from High School of Mechanics where he majored in Technology of machine engineering.
Going through different professions in the field of marketing to mechanical engineering in 1998, after military service, was admitted as a student at the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv. In 2002. graduated as an engineer-technologist with a degree "Bachelor" at the Department of wine and beer. Immediately thereafter continued his education in the same department and acquired Master's Degree. During his conduct industrial placements in enterprises of the wine and brewing industries.
In 2003. was elected assistant to the Department of wine and beer at the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv, where he worked in a brewing area. He teach some laboratory and seminar classes with regular and part-time students in the disciplines “Technology of malt”, “Technology of beer”, “Technology of special malts and beers” as part of classes on organoleptic analysis concerning the products of brewing industry. Head of multiple Graduate students in the design of enterprises malt and brewery industries. His scientific work involves a number of studies of the processes taking place in the manufacture of malt and beer, flavour stability, their use and features. In 2005 was elected as senior assistant to the department, which continues its work in the field. Author of www.pivovari.com. |
