4. protect the property and interests of the Union;
/2/ In addition to the duties described in the previous paragraph, regular and associated members are obliged to:
1.
pay in regularly the established membership fee (property payments), as specified by the General Assembly for the respective year. Regular members pay in the following manner: in full by the end of June or 50 percent by the end of March, and 50 percent by the end of June. Associated members pay in full by the end of June.
2.
present a copy of their annual balance, and their revenue and expenditure report by the end of July after the end of the respective accounting year.
/3/ Regular members of the Union are obliged to present data for the production and realization of beer for the previous month by the 10-th of each month.
/4/ Мembers are responsible for the Union’s liabilities to the extend of the property payment set forth in the Statutes (the membership fee). The member is not personally liable for any obligations of the Union.
/5/ Membership rights and duties, with the exception of property ones, cannot be devolved upon other persons in the case of death or dissolution. The membership fee is due in full at the termination of membership.
/6/ Persons or entities who discontinue their membership may not receive their membership payments back. |

V. MANAGEMENT OF THE UNION |

Article 15. The managing bodies of the Union are:
1.
the General Assembly /GA/.
2.
the Managing Board /MB/(Board of Directors).
3.
the Control Board /CB/.
Article 16. The management of the Union is guided by the principles of democratism, election, and mandate.
Article 17. /1/ The General Assembly is the highest organ of the Union, and consists of all its members.
/2/ The General Assembly is summoned by the Managing Board on the latter’s initiative or at the request of at least one-third of the members of the Union based in the town, where the association’s headquarters are;
/3/ Abolished;
/4/ When one-third of the members of the Union have requested it, and the Managing Board has not summoned a General Assembly in writing within a month, the assembly is summoned by the court of law in the municipality of the Union’s seat after a written request by the concerned members or a person appointed by them.
/5/ The General Assembly is legitimate when no less than two-thirds of the members of the Union are present.
/6/ In case a quorum is not achieved, the assembly is postponed for one hour, and is then conducted at the same place and with the same agenda, and considered legitimate regardless of the number of members present. |
